The Life and Teaching of Jesus

The aim of the study is to equip Christians to make disciples as modelled by Jesus. Each study is designed to last approximately one hour or just over and is divided into three sections.

1. Some icebreaking or opening questions to get people talking, and introduce the topic. This section should last for no more than about 10 minutes. 

​

2. Bible study questions are aimed at taking about 40 minutes to complete. It is recommended not to spend too long on any given question but keep the study moving. 

​

3. Final application questions which usually include some prayer time. Considering how Jesus emphasised living the Word of God, not just gaining knowledge of the Bible, these are perhaps the most important questions. The Studies will not be as effective if the group runs out of time for the final section which should take 15-20 minutes including prayer.
